Dear Parents,

Your Middle Schooler has prepared a schedule to help guide you through your evening. Please note that after the presentation in the PAC, you will meet your child’s Homebase teacher and learn a little about the Learning Community that your child is part of this year.  That session will be followed by a series of visits to your child’s classes.  During each of those visits, the teachers will tell you a bit about themselves and give a six or seven minute overview of their program. Please remember that the purpose of Open House is to meet the teacher and see the environment where your child spends their day. It is not an opportunity to conference individually with the teachers.  If you wish to do so, please contact the teacher to set up a separate appointment. 

Please pay close attention to the posted starting times and do your best to adhere to them. We are planning on one or two minutes passing time between visits.  It can be done. Your children do it everyday!

To assist you in your journey around the middle school, you will find a map of the middle school on the back of this schedule.  We will also have a number of student Ambassadors roaming the halls to assist you in finding your way.  They are easily identifiable from their red Ambassador shirts.
